We are happy to answer questions about covered services for those who do not wish to submit claims to insurance. We offer private pay rates.
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis. Call us to see if you qualify for sliding scale.
Payment
Health Savings Account, cash, check, Cashapp, Paypal and all major credit cards are accepted forms of payment.
Insurance
Services may be covered in-full or in-part by your health insurance. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year do my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?
We accept Health Partners, Minnesota Health Care Program (MA & MN Care), Medica (UBH), and UCare.
